These terms apply when you use Vazhi ("we", "us"), run by [Business name], [Address]. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Vazhi.

1. Who can use Vazhi

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. What Vazhi is

Vazhi is a platform where employers post jobs and candidates apply. We are not an employer, recruiter or agent for either side. We do not guarantee that you will find a job, a candidate, or any reply.

3. Candidates

Give accurate information in your profile and applications.
Do not apply on behalf of someone else, or upload anything you have no right to share.
Applying is free. Vazhi never asks candidates to pay to apply. Report anyone who does.

4. Employers

Post only real vacancies you are authorised to fill. Fake, misleading or "talent pool" listings are not allowed.
State pay, requirements, location, visa position and deadline honestly, and keep the "must have", "can learn" and "nice to have" lists accurate.
Do not charge candidates any fee, and do not discriminate unlawfully.
Use candidate information only to assess applications for the job they applied to, and keep it secure.
Update application statuses so candidates are not left waiting.

5. Match scores and notes

Match breakdowns are simple automated guides based on the details provided. They are not a judgement of anyone's ability, and employers make their own decisions. Notes from employers are their own views, not ours.

6. Not allowed

Scams, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, spam, scraping, attempts to break or overload the site, collecting other people's data, or pretending to be someone else.

7. Content you provide

You keep ownership of what you submit. You allow us to store and display it as needed to run Vazhi, including showing applications to the employer you apply to.

8. Removing content and accounts

We may remove content or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Vazhi is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for hiring decisions, the accuracy of user content, or losses from using the platform, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Vazhi after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts at [City, State], subject to any rights you have by law.
