1. What we collect

Account: your email address and a password (stored in protected form by our sign-in provider), and your role (candidate or employer).
Profile: name, phone number, country, education level, years of experience, field, skills, preferred work mode, and links such as LinkedIn or a portfolio.
Applications: the details and answers you submit, and the resume file you choose to upload.
Employers: company name and the jobs you post, including applicant status notes.
Technical data: basic logs kept by our hosting providers, and browser storage used to keep you signed in. We do not currently use advertising cookies.

We do not ask for your age, date of birth, gender or photo. Please remove them from your resume if you can.

2. Why we use it

To run the platform, show your application to the employer you apply to, produce a simple automated match guide, keep the service secure, prevent abuse, send service messages, and meet legal duties. The match guide is rule-based and does not make final decisions about you.

3. Who sees your data

The employer of a job sees the application you send to that job, including your resume.
Our administrators may view data to moderate and support the platform.
Service providers that host it for us: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage) and Cloudflare (website hosting). They process data only to provide those services.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Where it is stored

Data is stored with our providers in [region]. Their servers may be outside India.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your profile and applications from our database. Resume files are kept only as long as needed for the application. [State the period after which resumes for closed jobs are deleted, once automatic deletion is in place.]
